>Due to the increase in "high demand" release date styles and the increased number of retailers moving towards the raffle/lottery and Twitter RSVP systems, our release date line-ups/camp-outs have become longer and more difficult to manage efficiently. Although we've never encountered any issues with our release date line-ups/camp-outs, we now feel the need to incorporate a "BY-SIZE LOTTERY" on SOME release date styles in order to ensure fairness and safety for all our customers. > When an upcoming release date style will be handled using a "BY-SIZE LOTTERY", we'll identify that style several weeks prior to it's release date. At that time we'll communicate via email, Facebook, Twitter and our website the exact date that we'll accept registrations to enter the "BY-SIZE LOTTERY". The designated registration time will usually be 11am-7pm on a Saturday date, offering customers an 8 hour window of opportunity on a weekend to conveniently register. > Registration will take place in-store only and customers will be allowed one entry per style. The entry will include your size, name (ID required), email address and phone number. Once registration has been completed, sizes cannot be changed. > Drawing will occur during the week of the release. Winners will be selected using a "BY-SIZE LOTTERY" drawing in which tickets will be randomly drawn. As each ticket is drawn, the name will be assigned to the size registered on the ticket. Once all of our sizes have been assigned, the winning ticket holders will be notified by phone and email. Upon receiving the email/phone notification, ticket holder must then reply confirming receipt of the winning notification. > Confirmed winning ticket holders will then be authorized to purchase their registered size on the release date between 11am-5pm. Only the registered winning ticket holders (with their ticket and ID) will be able to purchase the shoes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Winning tickets expire at 5pm on the release date and any sizes not claimed will become available to the public. Day, time and circumstances of that availability will be communicated after 5pm on the release date via our Facebook and Twitter accounts. > got SOLE?™ is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Resell or trade of winning tickets is prohibited as only the registered ticket holder may claim only the registered size with confirmed winning ticket and ID required.
